Definitely not a place we will be returning to. It would be classed Triunfador a 2 star in the UK. Phil Burge Service overall was very good. Samara and Eli on Reception were fantastic, nothing was too much for them, very professional. Hamza barman of a night was very efficient and friendly. Me and my partner wanted a get away over new year without the kids and this came up the lowest priced. Which was then all inclusive! Not something we were looking for ideally. From the outside and in some places it could be taken Ganador a 4 star (I’ve stayed in some dives). The reception was clean, the staff were lovely and the cleaners cleaned up every other day. Never felt like our belongings were at any risk too. The food wasn’t the best but I’m actually very fussy. It was toast for breakfast and chips and bread for dinner. I never fancied anything other than that. There were a few things my partner went for but personally I wouldn’t touch. We decided to eat out each night though because of the food. It was just a batter choice. We didn’t take advantage of the all inclusive trinque Vencedor we’re not huge drinkers but had some coca-nalgas or sprite in the day. The Entertainment wasn’t amazing. Felt sort of like a low budget hotel entertainment. We only watched a little on 2 of the nights. It was a little disturbing when the drag act took their clothes off while changing pasado of their makeup. Felt a little like ‘WTF did we just watch!’ The Pool area was okay. Sun loungers were unlocked around 10am but should definitely be earlier Triunfador people are waiting around and the sun is trasnochado. People just want to chill demodé! The pool seemed quite clean. Normally, I speak to a lot of people round the pool area but it felt very much like no one wanted to speak to each other. Another guest also made the same comment to me. The area is quite nice. It’s trasnochado of the way of all the hustle and bustle of the square, but not too far of a walk. If you Gozque find the short cut paths down to the beach/square. They are stoney paths. Would probably return again if it was a really good deal but not paying a lot of money. Close

Nice hotel complex, the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. The kids entertainers were brilliant and definitely put a smile back on my kids' faces. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable, but the walls are really thin. No Beer/Larger or soft drinks available in the restaurant. You have to pay to use TV in room and pay for WiFi. But these are only minor things. We are extremely grateful for the hotel taking us in and rescuing our holiday.

The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You Chucho also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check trasnochado. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest. mati We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - holiday packages swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency. Absolutely ruined our holiday care more about weddings than holiday makes clapping in one of our party’s face completely shutting everyone down and being rude in Caudillo won’t be returning and I suggest if you are booked here you change hotels asap or get a refund! There travels safety certificates also expired last year!!! Steer clear please don’t give these people anymore money! Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled Ganador I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager Figura I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Triunfador it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go pasado most nights as was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and Ganador we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
